About our messaging program
Ronic, Inc. operates an SMS program to communicate with people who request a callback or otherwise opt in. Messages are transactional and relate to your enquiry — for example, confirming we received your request, arranging a call, and sharing details about your call or our response. These terms govern your participation in the program.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your phone number on our callback form at ronic.ai/callback/ and ticking the consent box before you submit. By doing so, you agree to receive text messages from Ronic, Inc. at the phone number you provide. We send texts only to people who have opted in this way.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us — for example, in response to a callback request you submit.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Ronic, Inc. does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier may.
Opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and will not send you any further messages unless you opt in again. To resume, sign up again on the callback form.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
Your privacy
We handle the information you provide in line with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
