Is recording my team's work calls allowed?
It's the company's phone and the company's SIM, and your team knows the calls are kept — that disclosure, in your employment policy, is the arrangement that makes this ordinary. A "this call may be recorded" announcement can be switched on per line. Rules vary by industry and place; we'll walk yours with you.
Which phones need O-Dialer?
Newer OnePlus, Oppo and Realme phones record through the O-Dialer app — setup detects this and walks the install. Samsung, Vivo, Redmi and most others record out of the box.
Why not iPhone?
Apple allows no app to record phone calls — not ours, not anyone's. For call phones, buy Android.
Where do the recordings live?
Encrypted on the phone until upload, then in your account — every file checksum-verified. Recordings stay on the phone too unless you turn on delete-after-upload.
What about my callers' personal calls?
The personal SIM is invisible to the company, in either direction. Numbers can also be blocked from recording — a caller's family stays their family.
What happens when a caller leaves?
Unpair the phone in one tap — its key is revoked and nothing more arrives. Every call they made for you stays in your account.
