Account and data deletion
Last updated October 19, 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your Ronic Runners account access or personal data. Ronic Runners is published by Sumeet Joon under the Ronic name, with package and bundle identifier ai.ronic.cwiagents.
You do not need to install the app or sign in to send a deletion request.
Send your request
Email sumeet@ronic.ai with the subject Ronic Runners data deletion. You may also contact the administrator who provided your runner account.
- Include your runner username and workspace or organisation name, so we can locate the correct account.
- Tell us whether you want account access removed, specific personal data deleted, or both. You can request data deletion without closing your account.
- Use an email address where we can reply to verify ownership and confirm the requested scope.
- Do not include your password, sign-in codes, access tokens, private keys or complete conversation exports.
What happens next
We verify your identity and authority, then coordinate with the workspace operator responsible for your records. A request can cover account access, saved credentials or device associations, personal profile information, conversation records and attachments associated with your account. Shared business records may be controlled by your organisation; we explain any limits before completing the request. Sending a request does not immediately delete data or stop running work.
After checking the request, we confirm the scope and expected completion time. We explain any information retained for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution or backup recovery, including its applicable retention period. Copies deliberately exported or shared with others are controlled by those recipients. Completed deletions must also be respected when restoring recovery copies.
Remove data from this phone
In Ronic Runners, open Settings → Sign out to remove local account credentials and app-managed account data. Clearing the downloaded cache keeps saved drafts, pending submissions, preferences and sign-in. Uninstalling or signing out does not remove records on the runner, cancel its queued work or delete exported files.
Read the Ronic Runners Privacy Policy for more information, or visit support.
