Terms of Use
Last updated October 19, 2026
These terms apply to Ronic Runners, published by Sumeet Joon under the Ronic name. They describe authorised use of the mobile app and its connected runner. Contact sumeet@ronic.ai with questions. Your app-store licence and any separate agreement with your workspace operator also apply. Mandatory rights under applicable law are unaffected.
Account and authorised use
You must be an adult and have permission to access the connected workspace. Keep your credentials secure, follow your organisation’s access rules, and submit only material you have the right to use. The app provides no account registration or in-app purchase. Access to the runner and connected AI services is managed separately by your operator.
AI output and remote actions
AI responses can contain errors or unsafe instructions. Review generated content, code and commands before use. You remain responsible for actions you authorise on the runner, including changes to files, commands, messages and external services. The app can control remote sessions that continue running when the phone is disconnected; closing the app or signing out does not stop those jobs.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to violate law, infringe others’ rights, access systems without permission, distribute malware, exploit children, facilitate violence or abuse, or generate deceptive or otherwise prohibited material. Follow the safety and acceptable-use rules of your workspace and connected AI providers. Report problematic output through the app or support.
Your content and privacy
You retain the rights you hold in your submitted content. You authorise processing needed to carry out your instructions and operate the service. Generated output and third-party material may have their own rights or restrictions; the app does not promise exclusive ownership or accuracy. The Privacy Policy explains data handling, and the deletion page explains your choices.
Availability and changes
Availability depends on your network, runner and connected providers. Features may change or be unavailable, and access may be restricted for security, misuse or loss of workspace authorisation. We do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free output. Nothing here excludes protections or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Material changes will be reflected in the date of these terms and, where required, brought to your attention.
